When I first met Jamie, he had an awesome business that was missing two things – profit and a salary that matched his effort. A part-timer in Woolworths was earning more than he was. There was nothing good about this scenario, everyone was being looked after except the company’s number one employee, Jamie. In the true sense of Profit First, we reversed-engineered the numbers.
